These beers are neither pasteurized not filtered, but refermented in the bottle, keeping their natural yeasts, according to the best tradition of northern beers.
Servings suggestions: According to northern traditions, pour half of the beer into the glass taking care paying attention not to bend excessively the bottle (not to get too much beer froth). Then, after having tasted the first poured beer, pour the rest of the contents into the glass after having shaken the bottle “to melt” all the yeast on the bottom.
