Unpasteurized, unfiltered, top-fermented craft ale, with no additives, preservatives or stabilizers.
Top-fermented, bottled beer with yeast (Saccharomyces Cerevisiae) added during bottling. It has a rich, compact and persistent white head.
Rich with fruity aromas on the nose, it is full-bodied and harmonious on the palate, with a wide aromatic spectrum and a faint perception of acacia honey.
