In our land organic farming exists from the dawning’s of time out of inclination more than out of necessity..

What it means?
It means that we have always avoided the use of chemical substances in our fields, always adopting natural cultivation, even before submitting our farms to the organic regulations. 

Certifications
Controlled and certified by “Consorzio per il Controllo dei Prodotti Biologici” (Association for Controlling Organic Products) of Bologna, from organic crops.

Our company implements a self-governed hygiene-sanitary programme using HACCP methods, in compliance with Legislative Decree 155 of 26/10/1997, for storing and processing all our products.
