This extra-virgin olive oil
owes its excellent quality to the favourable exposure of the estate, situated on the Florentine hills at a height of 450 metres above sea level, and to careful respect of traditions. The olives used are harvested by hand and cold pressed, within 12 hours, directly in the company’s oil mill, using only mechanical procedures, thus enhancing all the fine features of the oil.
