Our biological agriculture Spelt Pasta
is produced in five classic shapes: Spaghetti, Penne, Fusilli, Linguine and Casarecce, prepared using water and organic spelt flour.

Our pasta is drawn using bronze-mouldsand then dried slowly. Tasty, light, andrich in fibres,
it can be enjoyed with all kind of sauces.
