An artisan laboratory where tradition and innovation, flavor and quality are wisely and patiently blended to obtain artisan bars, biscuits and granole. The manual processing of several steps makes the final result truly unique.

In the artisan laboratory we choose simple ingredients but with an authentic flavor that we mix with care, churning out small productions of unique biscuits.
Ingredients: farro flour (Triticum monococcum) 28%, granulated sugar, sunflower oil, oat flakes 9.5%, extruded cereals (corn flour, farro flour, sugar, barley malt extract, salt), 7% dark chocolate drops (cane sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, vanilla extract), egg white, butter, milk, 2.3% cocoa powder, raising agents (sodium bicarbonate and ammonium bicarbonate), salt, natural vanilla flavoring, natural cereal flavoring. May contain nuts, peanuts, mustard and their derivatives. After use, close the package tightly.
