The EquiliBIO line of products has been created by blending the qualities of our ancient cereal farro with legumes.
The double process “dehusking” and “cracking” of the kernels, allows our two mixes to cook very rapidly, without the need for soaking and pre-cooking, leaving the natural taste of the products unchanged.
Controlled supply chain and organic certification are at the basis of this line.
