
Ingredients:
• 1 packet (250 g) Poggio del Farro, Farro Espresso
• 5 cherry tomatoes, quartered
• 1/3 cup (70 g) crumbled feta
• Extra virgin olive oil
• Basil
FARRO ESPRESSO with tomatoes, feta and basil
Divide the farro espresso into two bowls and top with tomatoes, feta, a drizzle of extra virgin
