• 1 package (250 g) Farro Espresso, Poggio del Farro
• 2-3 tablespoons of vegan pesto
• 2 slices of tofu, cut into cubes
• 2 pinches of toasted sesame seeds
Warm Vegan Farro Espresso Salad
Divide the farro espresso into two bowls. Add some vegan pesto, mix, then add the tofu.
Microwave for 2 minutes. Top with toasted sesame seeds. Buon appetito!
