Farro flours


• 50 gr. of yeast
• 500 gr of Organic Farro Flour
• 25 gr. of extra virgin olive oil of olive
• 2 tablespoons of sugar
• 1 teaspoon of salt

Whole grain farro bread

Melt 50 gr. of yeast in warm water, mix 500 gr of farro flour with 25 gr. of extra virgin olive oil, 2 tablespoons of sugar and 1 teaspoon of salt.

Place in a bowl and cover. Let it rise for 1 hour and then make 1 or 2 loaves, of your choice, which must be left to rise for another hour.

Bake the bread in a hot oven for 30/40 minutes at 220°C.
