For the smoothie:
v1 cup (150 g) frozen strawberries, hulled
• 1 frozen banana, peeled
• 3/4 – 1 cup Emmer-based Organic Vegetable Drink

For the toppings:
• Unsweetened coconut flakes
• Organic Puffed Emmer with Blueberries juice
• Fresh blueberries
• Chia seeds
• Hemp seeds
• Lavender

Strawberry Smoothie Bowl

Put the frozen fruit and 3/4 cup of the Emmer-based Organic Vegetable Drink in the blender. Blend until smooth, adding more liquid if needed.

Pour the contents into a bowl and top with coconut flakes, Organic Puffed Emmer with blueberries juice, fresh blueberries, chia seeds, hemp seeds and lavender. Eat immediately.

Leftovers can be stored in the freezer or you can make the smoothie bowl ahead; thaw before consuming.

*Mix up this recipe by using various frozen seasonal fruits and different fruit and nut toppings.
