Tradition

We lovingly follow Spelt from sowing to harvest, from processing to packaging.

Our company originated in Tuscany, along the hills of the Apennines, where Spelt finds ideal climatic and environmental conditions for growth and cultivation. Our products are born from decades of experience working closely with the land, fuelled by a passion for the authentic flavours that attentive and conscious cultivation can still offer. To ensure our Spelt reaches your table as good as freshly harvested, we lovingly oversee it from sowing to harvest, from processing to packaging.

The Balance between Humans and Nature.

Preferring organic products – seeking a diet based on controlled, quality products – means valuing soil and water as resources to enjoy and preserve. This philosophy is also shared by the over 300 farms in our sustainable production chain, with whom we collaborate daily with passion and transparency to enhance our territory, revitalizing the heart of the Apennines.

The future

A renewed awareness of the perks of an authentically natural and genuinely sustainable diet.

We believe in respecting the seasonality of production, preferring local raw materials, and consuming simple foods with short ingredient lists as effective and conscious responses to the fast-paced, high-impact modern lifestyle. We aim to help people develop a renewed awareness of the benefits that a diet respectful of Nature, the environment, and personal health brings to themselves and their families.

Our approach to Land and Product is organic.

Spelt is a naturally protected “dressed” grain, not requiring harmful pesticides or fertilisers for the environment and people. Long before the media wave around organic cultivation, we committed to promoting cultivation methods that don’t rely on chemical products for our lands. Our conviction manifests in offering simple yet tasty, whole, and organic products: products that generate positive change for consumers, producers, and the land itself.
